Chapter 33 - Two's Return

Gokun couldn't breathe no more, and hung their lifeless.  Ii had punched all the air out of him.  G was struggling to get up, but he kept getting grinded into the dirt at any sign of movement.  
"I have to give you Saiya-jin credit though.  What a fight you put up.  But its never enough against me.  Even if you kill me, I can always return as long wishes are made with the Earth Dragon Balls."
Ii's hand grasp around Gokun's neck started glowing with energy.  He faced his other hand at G's head, ready to blast him too.  
G and Gokun couldn't do anything.  They were much too drained.  They shut their eyes and waited for the inevitable, when it happened.  They struggled to open their eyes and began laughing.  It was good news, but it killed laughing.
Ii looked at them in disgust.
"Laughing?  Just as you're about to die at the hands of me?  Ii-Shenron!!!?"
"Its not over yet Ii." G told him.
"Even if you kill us, someone else will resurface and take our place in defeating you." Gokun added.
Ii grew furious.
"We'll see!!!!!!!"
Ii powered up his blasts at the two and was about to release when a enormous blast hit him in the back. He turned around to see a blonde woman with her palms outstretched at him.  G turned his head slightly.  What a sight he saw.
"Android 18..."
"Are you the one who these two are talking about?  How pathetic!" 
Android 18 lowered her hands.
"I don't think so.  I'm an android Ii, and you can't sense my energy.  Its not me."
Ii turned to Gokun and shook him hard.
"Who are you talking about boy?!"
Gokun didn't answer, but just smiled at him with half closed eyes.  Ii became real edgy and was about to blast the two boys when Android 18 raised her hands again.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you."
"And why not?"
"You don't know how strong I am.  I will blast you before you kill them."
Ii laughed.
"What makes you think you can hurt me?"
Android 18 smiled.
"Why don't you ask your back?"
Ii turned his head and looked at his back where 18's attack hit him.  It had left a large gash on his back.  He growled, and looked at 18 again.
"You're choice." she told him.
Ii-Shenron tossed Gokun away near the trees, and kicked G towards Gokun too.  He turned around, and threatened 18, but she didn't care.  She was ready to fight till the end for the memory of her family. The two began exchanging some blows, but Ii laughed.
"You're not that much different from those weaklings over there." he pointed at Gokun and G.

After some more fighting, where they were fighting pretty evenly, Ii grabbed 18 by the face and slammed her onto the ground.  He started to drain her energy and slowly she phased out.  Laughing again, he didn't notice the sky above him beginning to shimmer.  The clouds began to move around fast, and it started to become darker.  Ii looked up and saw nothing.  
"What the heck is going on?!"
He kept looking for signs of movement and energy when he saw a slit in the sky.  He continued to watch as the slit grew bigger, whiter and wider.  He soon heard voices coming through the slit, and when the slit was wide enough, two bodies emerged from the light.  Ii shielded his eyes, and continued to watch.  When the light faded, he saw the two were in fact Gokou and Vegeta.
"Impossible!"
"Saiya-jin never die Ii!" Vegeta told him.
"We came back by powering up, just like Popo-san said." Gokou laughed, when he turned to Vegeta.
"Lets show him what we can do now!" Gokou suggested.
"I actually feel sorry for him." Vegeta laughed.  The two began powering up with a white aura around them.  Ii was pissed off.  What nerve they both had to say that to him!  He began creating a large energy ball that was able to wipe out the entire Earth in a jiffy.  
Vegeta and Gokou then grabbed one another's arm and yelled;
"Fusion-Ha!"
They both disappeared into their auras and both combined.  Ii then released the energy ball, and it went straight at the combined auras.  There was a large explosion, and Ii looked in relief, until out of the smoke of the attack, a single being appeared.
SSJ3 Kujiita emerged and powered up, blowing the smoke away.  Ii growled.
"You're time has just expired." Kujiita told him.
Android 18 then opened her eyes and when he was preoccupied, she kicked him away in the distance.  
"Have you forgotten I'm an android?  You can't drain my energy!"
Kujiita landed beside her and she turned to him.
"I thought you both died along with the others."
"Pity." he answered with a smile, "How do you know-"
"I know you're from fusion.  I've seen this suit before."
Kujiita laughed as Ii resurfaced, ready to fight.

It wasn't long before Ii and Kujiita began battling.  Android 18 ran over to Gokun and G.
"You both okay?"
"Yeah."
"Have felt better."
She helped them up.  They all watched as Kujiita and Ii-Shenron fought.  They were amazing, and it seemed like SSJ3 Kujiita was stronger this time around.  G explained the reason to Gokun and 18, and they were damned surprised.  Kujiita was hitting him around much more, getting on Ii's nerves.  Kujiita however began to become careless, thinking nothing could stop him.  He began to drag the fight on, which started to irritate everyone watching the battle, especially Elder Kaioshin.  

Ii was also irritated, and decided to trick him.
"I know what you're doing.  You're just dragging on the battle because you know I'm stronger than you.  I'm not easily fooled."
"You got nerve!" Kujiita yelled at him.
He powered up and charged at him, but Ii just readied himself for the collision.  Ii moved quickly and managed to grab him.  Kujiita laughed.
"That's not enough to stop me." and he began to power up to break himself free.  Ii sneered.  He tightened his grip on Kujiita.
"You're not going anywhere!  Not until I have all your energy!  The more you exert energy, the more I get!"
Ii started to drain his powers, and Kujiita's aura slowly diminished.  Android 18, Gokun and G saw Kujiita was in trouble and flew in to help, but Ii became furious.
"Not this time!"
He released a wave of energy and created a shield of ki that surrounded him.  It covered the ground and reached into the sky and protected Ii.  
"You can try to get inside, but you won't be able too.  This shield is impenetrable!"  
Gokun and G turned Super Saiya-jin and joined 18 in blasting the barrier, but to no effect.
"We have to break it down!" G yelled.

In Other World, everyone was now watching through the crystal ball of Baba's.  Worried at how the battle was turning out to be, Kaioshin said he was going to help.  
"You will do no such thing!  You'll just get in the way." Elder Kai told him.
Kaioshin sighed.  He remembered being told that before when he was going to go help fight Super Buu.  Tired of feeling useless, Kaioshin moved back so the others could watch the battle.  He stepped onto the floor and looked at everyone else who was on King Yema's table.  
"I will go help.  I cannot stand here and wait for those brave fighters to die.  This is my fight too."
Kaioshin walked off to the exit of King Yema's room, but was unaware of Nion watching him.  She followed him without the others knowing.
"Where are you going?" she inquired when he reached outside.
Kaioshin was stunned to see her behind him.
"I'm going to help Gokun and G."
"But Elder Kai said you'll get in the way."
"I'm tired of feeling and being told I'll get in the way.  I'm going to help, whatever the cost.  Nion-chan, don't let anyone do that to you.  Do what you must."
"Then I'll go too!" Nion said.
"No such thing!" Kaioshin told her, "You're just a little child.  You're not strong enough."
Nion screwed up her face.
"That's not fair!  You said I can't let anyone get in my way!  I hate feeling useless too.  I always watch others get hurt.  I don't want to anymore."
Kaioshin then realized what he said, and sighed.  He'd been corrupted by a little kid.  Not wanting to be a hypocrite, he took her along, hoping what he was doing was the right thing. 
Even a Supreme Kai can make mistakes, but he did have a plan to save Kujiita.

Things looked bad for those fighting Ii-Shenron.  Ii thought he had done it this time when an energy ball struck him.  He turned around to see Kaioshin and Nion inside the shield.
"How did you get inside?!"
"I teleported inside." Kaioshin said.
"So the coward has returned from all this time.  Too bad you're return will be short lived."
He dropped Kujiita onto the ground, taking a great portion of his power.  He then powered up and yelled.  The energy shield expanded and exploded.  Nion ran to Kujiita, and Kaioshin shielded the two from the blast.  Android 18, Gokun and G were blown back from the intensity of the blast, but they were okay.

"How did Kaioshin and Nion get there?!  I gave him no order to go!" Elder Kai yelled.
"But if he didn't, Kujiita would surely be a goner.  You know that Elder." Dende said.
"But he brought Nion along!" Linni added.
"Well, at least on the bright side of things, Android 18 has appeared to help."
"But Nion's there!  She'll get killed!" Linni yelled again, "Do something Elder Kai!  Use your fancy powers and get her out of there!"
He shook his head.
"Only Kaioshin has the teleportation ability."
Linni fell onto the ground.
"Auntie is going to kill me..."

Kaioshin lifted himself off Nion and Kujiita.
"Are you both okay?"
"I'm okay." Nion told him.  They looked at Kujiita who just opened his eyes.  He turned around and faced them in non-SSJ form.
"Kaioshin.  Nion."
"You're alright!  Thank goodness." Kaioshin sighed.
"Can you defeat him?"
"If I used full power, maybe.  But he took too much of my energy, and now I can't."
Kaioshin grew worried.
"Good news." he said sarcastically.  

"Kaioshin!"
Kaioshin looked up at Ii-Shenron.  
"Lets settle this.  You and me right now!"
Kaioshin turned to Nion.
"Help Kujiita get out of here.  I'll try and stop Ii okay?"
Nion nodded, and watched at Kaioshin flew up into the sky.  Gokun saw this happened.
"What is Kaioshin doing?  He knows he can't stand a chance against him, even if he did become stronger."
Android 18 then saw Nion flying over with Kujiita on her back.  She helped her, and put him on the ground.  Android 18, Gokun and G told her to stay with him for a while, since they were going to help Kaioshin.  She nodded and watched them fight.  Although a little girl, she knew Ii was going to dominate over all of them.  She turned to Kujiita.
"When are you going to help them?"
"Not yet.  Being SSJ3 drained, and Ii drained me more.  I need some time to recover Nion.  Let me rest a little."
He closed his eyes and rest.
Nion turned back to the fight.  Ii was so powerful.  He was taking their powers now, and she could feel their ki drop tremendously.  Nion closed her eyes, remembering what Kaioshin told her about feeling useless.  She really felt useless now.
